International orders should be placed through the authorized iCyt distributor in your geography.

Online Ordering
Please note that for ordering on-line you will be asked to provide either a Purchase Order number or a credit card number for the order to be accepted and processed. Here is the instruction for ordering online:
| 1. | When browsing products in the product detail page of the iCyt website (www.i-cyt.com), you can change the quantity by editing the number in the quantity (QTY) box, and then clicking the "add to basket" button. | |
| 2. | At any time during your visit to the iCyt website, you can go to your Shopping Basket by clicking on the basket link. | |
| 3. | Remove any items in your shopping cart that you do not wish to purchase by revising the QTY to zero (0) then press the update button. To change the quantity of an item, change the number in the QTY box, and press the update button. | |
| 4. | Pressing the clear basket button removes your entire order. | |
| 5. | When you have finished reviewing your list, click on the checkout button. | |
| 6. | This will take you to the customer login page, where you can enter and/or verify your shipping and billing information. | |
| 7. | An Order Confirmation page will then appear. This is your last opportunity to change your order. If you have changed your mind about an item or if you find an inaccuracy, click the edit basket contents or edit billing/shipping button(s) and make the necessary revisions. | |
| 8. | If everything is correct, click on the complete order button to complete the transaction. | |
| 9. | After your order is submitted, an Order Summary Page will appear. To complete your purchase, fax a copy of your order to iCyt. Simply print a copy of this page using your browser's print button and fax it in for confirmation. This is the only time when the confirmation of an order is required. Save a copy of this page for your records; it contains valuable information about your order and will serve as your receipt. If you have problems printing this page, please write down your order number for future reference. | |
| 10. | You will also receive an order confirmation electronically sent to your email address. |
Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Domestic shipping policy is overnight air express Monday through Thursday. iCyt reagents are stable when shipped at ambient temperature.
Storage
Upon delivery, iCyt products should be stored in accordance with the conditions indicated on the product information sheets provided.
