iCyt HAPSFlow Preservative-Free Sheath Solution is a buffered, support/carrier reagent. The product contains no antibacterial/antifungal preservative. This reagent was designed for use on iCyt Mission Technology flow cytometers requiring preservative-free sheath solution.

optiCAL Optical Alignment Calibration Microspheres

This product is designed to perform routine optical alignment and calibration on the iCyt Reflection and Reflection BSC instruments. optiCAL Alignment Calibration Microspheres contain a single population of ~3.0 µm particles with an enhanced UV and Far Red fluorescence intensity. Every optiCAL microsphere contains a mixture of fluorophores that enable them to be excited at any wavelength from 365 to 650 nm.

sortCAL Sort Drop Delay Calibration Microspheres

This product is designed to perform sort drop delay calibration on the iCyt Reflection and Reflection BSC cell sorting instruments. sortCAL contains a single population of ~ 6 - 8 µm sort drop delay calibration microspheres that are excited at 670 nm and emit at 750 nm. Using sortCAL and the automated sort calibration routine on the iCyt Reflection will result in the proper setting of the drop delay and phase value.
